The Honda Company has officially launched the modern classic Honda CB 350 RS in the Nepalese market. The “RS” stands for “Race/Rally/Road Sport”. The inspiration for the Honda CB 350 RS was taken from the H'Ness CB 350 which was launched a few months back in Nepal. According to the company, the all-new Honda CB 350 RS looks like CB 1000 R with its upswept exhaust canister and stubby tail. The Honda CB 350 RS is offered in two variants- Mono Tone and Dual Tone.
The Honda CB 350 RS comes with smartphone connectivity but USB charging is not available. Some of the key features of Honda CB 350 RS are Pass light, trip meter count, digital trip meter, engine kill switch, clock, pillion grabrail and seat, low battery indicator, low oil indicator, fuel gauge, tachometer, speedometer semi-digital, gear indicator, and fuel warning indicator. Other features are switchable traction control / selectable torque control with assist and slipper clutch and ABS dual-channel.
The RS has a single-cylinder and air-cooled PGM-FI engine with an engine displacement of 348.36 cc which generates peak torque of 30Nm and a maximum power of 20.8 bhp. The RS is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Honda CB350 RS comes with two colors options; Black with Pearl Yellow and Red Metallic. The bike is offered at a price tag of around NRs. 7.75 lakhs. Honda CB350 RS will compete with the likes of Royal Enfield Meteor and Jawa 42 in the Nepalese market.
