Yamaha Motor is all set to launch the new Yamaha Aerox 155 maxi-scooter in Nepal. MAW Enterprises, the authorized distributor of Yamaha bikes and scooters in Nepal, will launch the new Yamaha Aerox 155 maxi-scooter in the country in the coming days. This maxi-scooter will be first showcased in Nepal at the 2022 NADA Auto Show. The new Yamaha Aerox 155 is a unique maxi-scooter and it is highly acclaimed globally. The Aerox has used the same engine as the YZF-R15 and will make it the most powerful scooter in Nepal.

The Yamaha Aerox is powered by the Yamaha R15 V3-sourced 155 cc, VVA-equipped engine. This engine develops a 14.7bhp @8,000rpm with 13.9Nm of peak torque produced @6,500rpm, mated to a CVT transmission. The maxi-scooter looks sporty with a sharp design language, and also gets features like LED lights, a fully digital LCD instrument console with smartphone connectivity, hazard lights, and a front disc brake. The scooter rides on 14-inch alloy wheels and the engine has a fuel injection system and Blue Core Technology. It also gets telescopic forks and dual rear shocks.

Yamaha Aerox 155 price in Nepal is expected to be around NRs. 4.50 Lakhs to NRs. 5 Lakhs. The new Aerox is available in two colors- Racing Blue and Grey Vermillion. In addition to the standard colors, the new Yamaha Aerox 155 is also available in Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Editions.
