Royal Enfield is one of the most well-known names in the Nepalese automotive industry and the Himalayan is one of their most popular models. The Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 is expected to be replaced with a more powerful 450cc model. Alpha Automotive Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Royal Enfield motorcycles in Nepal, is all set to launch the Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 in Nepal by the end of 2023. It is a dual-sport motorcycle designed to tackle a range of terrains, from rocky mountainsides to smooth highways. It is built to be both practical and stylish with a  sleek design.

The upcoming Royal Enfield adventure tourer will be equipped with a brand new 450cc engine that is set to produce a maximum power of 40 bhp and 45 Nm of torque (the exact figures are yet to be confirmed by the company). This engine will be more powered as compared to the likes of the KTM 390 Adventure and BMW G 310 GS. Another key update will be a 6-speed transmission, replacing the existing 5-speed unit. The new adventure tourer will be quipped with USD forks at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear. The bike also has a long-travel suspension system making it perfect for off-road adventures.

The Himalayan 450 is expected to get some change in terms of design including LED headlight, headlamp cowl, windshield, front beak, fuel tank, and side panels. The Himalayan 450 is equipped with a stubbier exhaust as seen in the teaser. It is also set to get larger around a 20-litre fuel tank. The braking system will have disc brakes at both ends, integrated with dual-channel ABS as standard. It also comes with 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels. Things like front and rear luggage racks, step-up split seats, and rear tail sections will remain the same. The bike's high ground clearance makes it perfect for off-road adventures, while its fuel-injected engine provides reliable and efficient performance. 

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 prices in Nepal are expected to be around NRs. 12.00 lakhs. Once launched in Nepal, it will compete against the likes of the KTM 390 Adventure and the upcoming Hero 450 ADV in Nepal.
