Mahindra, synonymous with robust and reliable vehicles, is all set to make waves in the automotive market by launching its latest sub-compact SUV, the Mahindra XUV 3XO in Nepal. Agni Group, the official distributor of Mahindra vehicles in Nepal, is enhancing its XUV lineup by introducing the new XUV 3XO. Slated to debut at the upcoming NADA Auto Show 2024, the XUV 3XO promises to bring a blend of style, performance, and advanced technology to the ever-growing SUV segment in Nepal.
The XUV 3XO will be offered in the top-tier AX7 variant, with options for both a 6-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed automatic transmission. It is powered by a turbocharged 1197cc, Inline-3 cylinders, 4 valves, DOHC engine that generates a max power of 129 bhp at 5000 rpm and a max torque of 230 Nm at 1500 rpm. It offers three distinct driving modes: Zip, Zap, and Zoom. The suspension responsibilities are managed by a McPherson Strut with an Anti-roll Bar in the front and a Twist Beam Suspension with a Coil Spring in the rear.
Mahindra has equipped the XUV 3XO with a host of advanced and modern features. In terms of features, it comes equipped with LED headlamps with DRLs, tail lights connected by a slim LED strip, 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, leatherette upholstery, a 10.25-inch central screen, a 10.25-inch instrument cluster, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a wireless charger, a 65W fast charging USB port, dual-zone climate control with rear vents, a 7-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, and much more.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO is designed with a strong focus on safety, ensuring peace of mind for its occupants. It features advanced safety technologies such as multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP, 360-degree camera, tyre pressure monitoring system, hill descent control, front and rear parking sensor, ADAS and many others. The vehicle also includes ISOFIX child seat mounts and a high-strength steel structure to provide superior crash protection. This SUV has also earned a 5-star NCAP rating.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO measures 3990 mm in length, 1821 mm in width, and 1647 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2600 mm. It boasts a ground clearance of 201 mm and a kerb weight of 1610 kg. Additionally, it offers a boot space of 364 litres. It boasts a fuel tank capacity of 42 litres and delivers a mileage of approximately 18 to 20 kilometres per litre. It is equipped with tubeless tyres, featuring 215/55 R17 discs both at the front and rear. It is equipped with front-wheel drive (FWD) and has a top speed of 175 km/h.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO price in Nepal starts from NRs. 60.90 Lakhs. The manual transmission version is priced at NRs. 60.90 lakhs, while the automatic transmission version costs NRs. 66.65 lakhs.
