South Korean carmaker Hyundai Motor is all set to launch the Venue Facelift in Nepal. Laxmi Intercontinental, the authorized distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Nepal, has officially opened the booking for the Hyundai Venue Facelift. The new Hyundai Venue comes with several updates and improvements. With several upgraded features, appealing looks, and a variety of powertrain/drivetrain options, the Venue facelift will continue to remain an ideal option in the compact SUV segment. It is available in three different variants: E, S, and SX.
The Hyundai Venue facelift also comes with a range of new features and technologies. One of the standout features of the Venue facelift is the new LED lighting system. It comes with new L-shaped wraparound LED tail lights that are connected by an LED light bar, new turn indicators with parking lights up top, sleeker and sharper taillights, a wider 'Parametric Jewel Grille', multi-spoke dual-tone alloy wheels, roof rails, a shark fin antenna, and a faux skid plate at the rear bumper. The LED technology, not only looks great but also provides better visibility on the road.
The interior of the Venue has also received some updates, with a new dashboard design and a revised centre console. The new infotainment system offers a range of connectivity options, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It is also now available with an updated version of Hyundai's BlueLink connected car tech with 60-plus connected car features including remote climate control, remote door lock/ unlock, remote vehicle status check, find my car, tire-pressure information, fuel level information, speed alert, time fencing alert, and idle time alert.
The most impressive aspect of the Hyundai Venue facelift is the range of advanced safety features. It is equipped with multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, hill descent control and ADAS (advanced driving assistance system). It also includes a rearview camera, blind spot monitoring, and lane departure warning. These features not only make the Venue safer to drive, but they also give you peace of mind when you're on the road. It also comes with other features like wireless charging, and a premium Arkamys sound system.
Hyundai Venue is powered by three different engine options - 1.0L Turbo Petrol Engine, 1.2L Petrol Engine, and 1.4L Diesel Engine but Venue facelift in Nepal is available only in the 1.2L Petrol Engine option for now. The 1.2L Petrol engine generates a max power of 83 PS at 6000 rpm and a max torque of 114 Nm at 4000 rpm. It is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The suspension setup is covered by a McPheron strut and Coupled Torsion Beam Axle. All three engines are equipped with a 45-litre fuel tank including a boot space of 350 litres.
The new Hyundai Venue facelift is available in 7 different colour options, namely Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Phantom Black, Denim Blue, Titan Grey, Fiery Red, and Fiery Red with a black roof. It competes with the likes of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Toyota Urban Cruiser, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, Nissan Magnite, and Kia Sonet.
