Suzuki has officially launched the highly anticipated V-Strom 250 in Nepal, marking a significant milestone in the Nepalese motorcycle market. This highly anticipated adventure motorbike, known for its versatility and rugged design, is now available in Nepal, offering adventure enthusiasts a perfect companion for both urban commuting and off-road escapades. This new motorbike is mostly renowned for its versatile performance, stylish design, and advanced features.


The V-Strom 250 is powered by a powerful engine that delivers a commendable balance of power and efficiency. It is powered by a 249 cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled single overhead cam (SOHC), and four-valve engine that generates 26.5 bhp of maximum power at 9300 rpm and 22.2Nm of peak torque at 7300 rpm. This engine is mated to a six-speed transmission. Braking duties are covered by discs at both ends with dual-channel ABS. It also features a telescopic fork for the front suspension and a monoshock for the rear.


The Suzuki V-Strom 250 boasts a range of standout features, including a USB charging port, the Suzuki Easy Start System, and a full-LED lighting setup. It also comes with a Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument cluster that pairs with the rider's smartphone, providing turn-by-turn navigation, notifications for incoming messages, calls, WhatsApp alerts, warnings for exceeding speed limits, phone battery status, and more. Additional highlights include a windscreen, sporty mirrors, a sculpted fuel tank, and comfortable, spacious split seats.


In terms of dimensions, the Suzuki V-Strom 250 measures 2,180 mm in length, 880 mm in width, and 1,355 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 1,440 mm, a ground clearance of 205 mm, and a seat height of 835 mm. It features a fuel tank capacity of 12.0 litres, offers a mileage of approximately 30 km per litre, and has a kerb weight of 167 kg. It is equipped with a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel. It features a 100/90-19M/C 57S front tyre and a 140/70-17M/C 66S rear tyre. The tyres are of the tubeless type.
