The long-awaited Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z has officially arrived in Nepal, marking a significant milestone in the realm of sporty motorcycles. Hansraj Hulaschand and Co., the authorised distributor of Bajaj motorcycles in Nepal, has officially launched the 2024 Pulsar NS400Z in Nepal at the NADA Auto Show 2024. Known for its dynamic design and cutting-edge technology, the Pulsar NS400Z promises to captivate bike enthusiasts across the nation.


Under the hood, the Pulsar NS400Z boasts a robust and powerful engine that delivers impressive power and torque. It is powered by the 373cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, engine that generates the maximum power of 40hp at 8,800rpm and 35Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and an assist and slipper clutch. The braking system features a 320mm disc at the front and a 230mm rotor at the rear, with dual-channel ABS as a standard feature. 


The Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z is equipped with a range of modern features. In terms of features, it comes equipped with LED lights, including thunderbolt-shaped daytime running lights (DRLs) and an LED projector beam. It also offers switchable traction control, adjustable brake and clutch levers, and a new digital LCD with Bluetooth connectivity. Riders can choose from four ride modes: Road, Rain, Sport, and Off-road. For suspension, it is fitted with 43mm gold-finished USD forks at the front and a gas-charged monoshock at the rear.


The bike's dimensions are impressive. It features a seat height of 807 mm, a ground clearance of 168 mm, and a kerb weight of 174 kg. The fuel tank holds 12 litres, and it is anticipated to deliver a mileage of approximately 30 kmpl. The NS400Z comes equipped with 110/70-17 tyres at the front and 140/70-17 tyres at the rear. The bike features a robust fuel tank with smoothly integrated tank extensions. The NS400 shares the same frame as the NS200 but with added strength to handle the larger engine. 


The Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z price in Nepal is NRs. 5.49 Lakh. It will be available in several colour options: Ebony Black, Glossy Racing Red, Metallic Pearl White, and Pewter Grey. It competes with the KTM Duke 390 and the Triumph Speed 400 in Nepal. With its striking design, powerful performance, and advanced features, the NS400Z is set to make a significant impact on the Nepalese market.
