BattRE LoEV has been recently launched by BattRE Electric Mobility. The e-scooter is the second electric product offered by the brand which has been equipped with a lithium Ferro Phosphate battery and it also features cloud connectivity. The battery on the scooter can be charged fully in just 2.5 hours. The BattRE LoEV is available to the customers at the BattRE dealerships while the customers can also avail the e-scooter at a discounted price at Amazon.
The BattRE Electric Mobility forayed into the e-scooter segment back in 2017 while having their headquarters located in Jaipur India. The second product from the brand has been equipped with a host of premium components that justifies its price tag in addition to getting a regenerative braking system as well as a reverse mode for easy parking.
Commenting on the launch of BattRE LoEV, Nishchal Chaudhary, founder of BattRE Electric Mobility said, “We launched our first electric scooter BattRE one in June last year, which is a premium mid-segment product. In the last 7 months, we have been able to ramp up our distribution to 50+ dealers in six states covering South Asia. With enough and more demand at the entry-level segment, we are confident of doubling our throughput at existing dealers with the launch of LoEV.”
Powering the e-scooter is a 1.44kWh 48V 24Ah Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery which is further detachable. The battery life of the scooter stands at 2000 cycles and it is much better when compared to the lesser life span offered by the Li-Ion batteries. The scooter has been equipped with LED headlight mated to LED DRLs while features an all-digital LED instrument display. The braking duties on the BattRE LoEV are handled by 220mm disc brakes at either side. The e-scooter features hydraulic forks at the front while the rear has been equipped with an adjustable hydraulic suspension.
Other premium features on the e-scooter include an anti-theft alarm system as well as keyless ignition. The brand has further equipped the scooter with a wheel immobilizer in addition to offering a 10 amp fast-charging system.
