Yamaha Motor has officially launched the BS6 version of the R15 V3 in Nepal. MAW Enterprises, the authorized distributor of Yamaha motorcycles in Nepal, has introduced the R15 V3 BS6 in the Nepalese market. The R15 is known for its sheer performance and efficient engine. Yamaha r15 v3.0 comes with additional features and greater power figures including a sporty, sleek and sharp tailoring look. Yamaha R15 V3 BS6 is also packed with additional superior features like USB charging, shift light, and VVA indicator. 

Yamaha R15 V3 BS6 is powered by a 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder motor equipped with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) that can generate a max power of 18.6 PS  and a max torque of 14.1 Nm. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. It is underpinned by a delta box frame that features a conventional telescopic fork at the front and a preload-adjustable monoshock suspension at the rear. Braking duties are handled by single discs at both ends with the dual-channel ABS. 

It comes with full LED headlights, an edgy LED tail lamp, curved windscreens, a slipper clutch, a tire hugger with 1282mm disc brakes, and an all-digital console with a shift light and VVA indicators. It is also equipped with black alloy wheels and additional exhaust with a carbon-fiber finish. It also gets a dual horn, rear radial tire, and an in-built side-stand engine cut-off switch. The gap between the pillion seat and the rider’s seat has been reduced to provide greater comfort. There are subtle changes in graphics as well.
