TVS Motors has officially launched the Dark edition variant for the Apache RTR 160 and RTR 160 V4. The Dark Edition models come with a sleek all-black design and very few graphics. They also have a black exhaust and a TVS logo in black on the tank. Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd., the official distributor of TVS motorcycles in Nepal, has yet to confirm the launch date for the RTR 160 Black Edition in Nepal. However, it's anticipated that the launch will happen soon.

The TVS Apache RTR 160 and 160 V4 will now come in a total of six different colours. There are no mechanical changes to either motorcycle. With its blacked-out bodywork, including the fuel tank, engine cowl, and alloy wheels adding a touch of sophistication to its already legendary status. The TVS Apache RTR 160 Black Edition retains the same design and features as its counterparts, with the primary distinction lying in its striking dark paint scheme.

The Apache RTR 160 is powered by a 159cc single-cylinder engine, generating 16.04hp at 8750rpm and 13.85Nm at 7000rpm. On the other hand, the Apache RTR 160 4V boasts a similar capacity engine but delivers 17.55hp at 9250rpm and 14.73Nm at 7250rpm. Both motorcycles are equipped with a 5-speed gearbox. The Apache RTR 160 features dual-disc brakes with a combined braking system, whereas the Apache RTR 160 4V comes with dual-disc brakes along with single-channel ABS.

The regular Apache RTR 160 is priced at NRs 2.90 lakh, while the RTR 160 4V comes in at NRs 3.23 lakh in the Nepalese market. After its release in Nepal, the Dark Edition will be priced higher compared to the standard model. In India, the Dark Edition has recently seen a price increase of Rs.1000 compared to the standard variant. From its menacing front fascia to its muscular silhouette, every aspect of the Apache RTR 160 Black Edition is designed to captivate and inspire.

We expect the Dark Edition variant of the Apache RTR 160 and RTR 160 V4 to be launched in Nepal soon. Keep an eye out for further updates as we bring you the latest developments. Embrace the darkness, unleash your spirit, and join the revolution. The road awaits.
