Suzuki Motorcycle has officially launched the new Avenis 125 scooter. According to the company, the scooter will also make it to the Nepalese market in the coming months. The new Suzuki Avenis 125 is a sporty scooter that will be sold alongside the Access 125 and the Burgman Street 125 in Nepal. The new Avenis is a futuristic offering with styling inspired by the brand's scooters and a multitude of features on offer.  The Avenis is aimed at the younger generation of scooter buyers according to the company.

Suzuki Avenis 125 is available in 2 variants with a top variant price starting from Rs. 89,241 in the Indian market. The Suzuki Avenis 125 is powered by a 124.3cc BS6 engine that generates a power of 8.58 bhp and a torque of 10 Nm. Suzuki Avenis 125 comes up with a front disc and rear drum brakes with a combined braking system. The motor is paired with a CVT unit that uses telescopic forks at the front and a single shock at the rear. This Avenis 125 scooter weighs around 106 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 5.2 liters.

The Avenis is packed with a host of features including an LED headlight and tail-lights, a USB charging socket, and an external fuel filler cap. Avenis also gets a fully-digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity via Suzuki Ride Connect which alerts you SMS and WhatsApp notifications, incoming and missed call as well as turn-by-turn navigation and ETA details. The Scooter also includes an external fuel filler cap, larger under-seat storage capacity, and side-stand interlock. However, we can expect the Avenis to be similar to Access 125.

The new Suzuki Avenis will be offered in four colors - grey, orange, white, and blue. The Scooter is also available in the Triton Blue MotoGP edition. Once launched in Nepal, the new Suzuki Avenis will compete against the likes of TVS NTorq, Hero Maestro Edge, Honda Grazia 125, and the Aprilia SR 125.
