TVS Motor Company, one of India's leading two-wheeler manufacturers, is all set to launch the highly anticipated cruiser motorbike TVS Ronin 225 in Nepal. Jagdamba Motors, the authorized distributor of TVS motorcycles in Nepal, is all set to open bookings for the Ronin 225 in the coming days with deliveries to commence from April 2023. It is a premium motorcycle that combines style, performance, and versatility. This motorcycle promises to deliver a thrilling and memorable riding experience to riders in Nepal. It is a TVS' first neo-retro-styled roadster with several retro-derived styling elements. 


TVS Ronin 225 is powered by the new 225.9cc air and an oil-cooled engine that generates a maximum power of 20.1 bhp at 7,750 rpm and 19.93 Nm of peak torque at 3,750 rpm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. Braking duties are covered by a 300mm disc up front and a 240 mm disc at the rear. It comes with an ABS as standard while only the top variant gets the Dual Channel system. One of the most noteworthy features of the Ronin 225 is its advanced suspension system. It is equipped with a gold-coloured upside-down fork suspension at the front and a monoshock at the rear. 


The TVS Ronin 225 comes with a host of advanced features and technology that make it a true leader in its class. It gets a rounded fuel tank, side panels, and single-piece flat seat while the black finish to the engine, exhaust, and wheels. The rounded headlamp is all retro-inspired elements and the all-LED light is modern with a T-shaped DRL pattern. It also gets all-LED lights and a digital speedometer which is equipped with a TVS SmartXonnect system. The system offers several connected features when paired with a smartphone that displays incoming calls, SMS, email alerts, and turn-by-turn navigation. 


The Ronin 225 price in Nepal is expected to be around NRs. 5.00 Lakhs. It is available in three colours - matte black, matte silver, and matte red. The bike comes with two riding modes City and Wet. It will go up against the likes of the Bajaj Avenger, Dominar 250, and even the Royal Enfield 350 to an extent. The launch of the TVS Ronin 225 is set to mark a new era of motorcycling in Nepal.
