Hero MotoCorp is currently in the process of bringing back the legendary Karizma. A recently leaked video has emerged on the internet, showcasing glimpses of the upcoming Karizma XMR 210. The footage reveals a camouflaged motorcycle, giving us a sneak peek at its rear, side profile, and a hint of the front. Based on the spy images, the test mule of the Karizma appears to be in its final stages of production, indicating that its launch might be imminent in the Nepalese market. The new Karizma features a brand-new athletic look with a dynamic fairing design and razor-sharp front fascia.

The Hero Karizma XMR 210 is set to feature a powerful heart. The new Karizma will be powered by a 210cc mill, possibly with liquid cooling, and is likely to produce power of around 25 bhp and 30 Nm of peak torque. This engine will be mated to a six-speed gearbox. The new motorcycle will feature a front telescopic fork suspension system and a rear monoshock suspension setup. The braking system consists of disc brakes on both wheels, and it will come equipped with dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety. It will be equipped with an advanced fuel injection system that optimizes better fuel efficiency while providing smooth acceleration. 

Based on the spy image, the design language of the Karizma bears some resemblance to the Kawasaki Ninja 400. One could expect a split LED headlamp,  a chunky fuel tank, full fairing and raised clip-on, a split-seat setup, a petite tail lamp, and a stubby exhaust. The test mule had a sharp front end as well. It is expected to come with a fully digital instrument console that provides real-time information about speed, fuel level, gear position, and more. It may be equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to pair your smartphone and access features like turn-by-turn navigation and call notifications. 

The spy shots reveal a good level of information about the new motorbike. From a high ground clearance for off-road expeditions to a comfortable seating position for long rides, every aspect of the Karizma XMR 210 is engineered to provide maximum comfort and thrill during your journeys. Additionally features like tubeless tires add to the overall convenience and safety of the motorcycle. It comes with advanced safety features such as disc brakes with ABS for superior stopping power. The Karizma XMR is anticipated to find a sweet spot between sportiness and practicality, offering a blend of both attributes.

As for the price, considering that Hero is known to price its motorcycle towards the more affordable side, the upcoming Karizma XMR 210 price in Nepal is expected to be around NRs. 3.80 lakhs. So we expect it to be launched by the end of 2023. Once launched in the Nepalese market, it will compete against the likes of the Suzuki Gixxer 250, Bajaj Pulsar F250 and the Bajaj RS200.
