The Neta V is an electric subcompact crossover produced by a Chinese all-electric car Hozon Auto under the Neta brand manufactured by the Zhejiang Hezhong New Energy Automobile Company. CG Motor, the new authorized distributor of Hozon Neta cars in Nepal is all set to launch a new electric crossover Neta V in Nepal. The Neta V was launched in 2020 based on the HPC platform. Hozon Auto is all set to start the pre-booking of the Neta V in Nepal starting next week. 

Neta V is available in two variants including Standard Range and Long Range. The standard range is powered by a 40kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor that can generate a max power of 54PS and a max torque of 110Nm. It is equipped with a 31.18kWh Lithium-Ion Battery with a claimed range of 301km. The battery can be fully charged in 12 hours. The long-range is powered by a 55kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor that can generate a max power of 75PS and a max torque of 175 Nm. It comes with a 38.54kWh Lithium-Ion Battery with a claimed range of 401Km. The battery can be fully charged in 8 hours.

The design and features of the Neta V look somewhat inspired by the Tesla Model 3. It gets a Hawk-eye Laser Headlight with unique LED DRLs, a large LED tail lamp with chromed garnishes, INS Diaphragm Handcraft, Ergonomic Zero Gravity Seat, tablet-style 14.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and 12-inch digital instrument cluster. The Neta V also comes with various features including an N95 AC filter, central lock, and cruise control, power windows, electric ORVMS, keyless start, a keyless entry system, front airbags, hill start assist, auto hold, and tire pressure monitoring system.

Hozon Neta V's starting price in Nepal is expected to be around NRs. 38 Lakhs. Hozon Neta V is available in four different colors: Gray, Blue, White, and Cyan. Hozon Neta V will compete against Tata Nexon EV in Nepal.
