2022 KTM 250 Adventure Launched; Nepal Launch Soon

KTM has officially launched the 2022 KTM 250 Adventure. The company also launched the KTM 390 Adventure in Nepal just a few months ago. Hansraj Hulaschand and Co., the authorized distributor of KTM motorcycles in Nepal, is also set to launch a new  2022 KTM 250 Adventure in Nepal in the coming days. KTM has updated 250 Adventure with a pair of fresh color options including Electronic Orange and Factory Racing Blue. The mechanical specifications of the bike itself remain unchanged. KTM 250 Adventure is offered in only one variant - STD.


The 250 Adventure continues to be powered by the same 248cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC, four-valve engine that can generate a max power of 29.91PS at 9000rpm and max torque of 24Nm at 7500rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Braking duties are handled by a 320 mm front ByBre disc, and a 230 mm rear ByBre disc with Bosch 9.1 MB two-channel ABS. The 250 ADV comes with advanced power assist slipper clutch including a 43 mm WP Apex inverted forks with 170 mm travel with WP Apex mono-shock.


The new 2022 250 Adventure has been given a comfortable riding position with the center-set footpegs, raised handlebar, and an upright posture. It also receives a new suspension for the right balance of flexibility and stiffness. It also gets modern steel handlebars which offer better control and a high windshield to deflect the wind. The windshield can be adjusted to a lower or higher position depending on the rider’s needs. Adventure 250 includes an engine kill switch as well.


Another aspect of the 2022 KTM 250 Adventure is that the price has remained unchanged. As for the pricing, KTM Adventure 250 price in Nepal starts at NRs. 7.49 Lakhs. The 2022 KTM 250 Adventure is offered in two new color options, KTM Electronic Orange and KTM Factory Racing Blue. The KTM 250 Adventure will compete against the likes of Royal Enfield Himalayan and the BMW G 310 GS in the Nepalese market.
