Okinawa LITE Electric Scooter Officially Launched

As expected, Okinawa LITE electric scooter has been officially launched by the brand which will be available in Nepalese market in coming months. Being launched with the tagline “One for all”, the all-new electric scooter from the brand is the eighth scooter in the brand’s portfolio.

The electric scooter has been specifically designed keeping in mind the comprehensive Nepalese buyers. The customers can avail the electric scooter in Sparkle White and Sparkle Blue colour options in addition to getting three years of standard warranty for the battery and motor.

Coming to the design language, the Okinawa LITE electric scooter features round body panels in addition to getting a modern design that is suitable for all. The front fascia of the scooter features a square LED headlight set up in addition to LED turn indicators positioned just below it on either side.

The rear profile of the Okinawa LITE has been equipped with an LED taillight while the brand has also equipped the scooter with an LCD speedometer console. The rider footpegs, as well as hazard lamp, remains standard in the scooter while the anti-theft battery lock mechanism further offers additional security.

Powering the Okinawa LITE electric scooter is a 250W waterproof BDLC motor mated to 1.25 KWH detachable lithium-ion battery. The top speed of the scooter stands at 25kmph while the battery requires 4-5 hours for a full charge. The battery range of ˇscooter is limited to 50-60km on a single charge.

The suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front while the rear has been equipped with dual-tube spring type hydraulic shock absorbers. The Okinawa LITE features a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear while gets a boot space of 17-litres. The ground clearance of the electric scooter stands at 160mm while the seat height is 740mm.
