The Fiat  would be launching the new Agro model designed on the platform of Punto series models. The new Fiat Agro exteriors would feature LED headlamps in signature styling, bold design of the front fascia with a wider radiator grille and sleek styling of the bonnet, giving it a new and distinctive stance on the road.The interiors would have multi-colour display, three-spoke multifunctional steering wheel and Uconnect infotainment system with free standing display, and the automatic transmission with paddle shift mechanism may be introduced in this model.

The Fiat Agro mileage would range at 20kmpl with the 1.0L petrol engine, 22kmpl with the 1.3L diesel engine and around 15kmpl with the 1.8L petrol engine version. The actual mileage figures can vary depending upon the overall kerb weight, aerodynamics, transmission version and other parameters.

The upgraded engine and the transmission system with advanced aerodynamic design would reflect in better speed and torque at the road wheels. The cruise control system would further assist for the comfort of the driver during long drives. The improved suspension system, and the upgraded seat design with better cushioning, ample leg space and head room would deliver better comfort for the occupants. The Fiat Agro competition would be with the MarutI Suzuki Brezza and Baleno hatchback, Hyundai i20, Honda Brio and Tata Tiago models. The high reliability in performance and strong build quality with contemporary styling features would give it an edge over the competing models.

The Fiat Agro exterior dimensional features would resemble the existing Punto hatchback. However, the design features such as the bumper, radiator grille, bonnet styling, front fenders and door panels, would be given a facelift with minor modifications. The rear profile would be similar to the existing model with introduction of new LED tail lamps, roof-mounted stop lamps, chrome tip for the exhaust pipe and rear spoilers, and the new glossy paint options would give it a grand on-road image.

The Fiat Agro interiors will have new and upgraded interior trims, improved seat design, and upholstery for better comfort of the occupants. The dashboard will have the new multi-information display instrument cluster, the advanced Uconnect infotainment system with superior quality of audio output, and multifunctional steering wheel control buttons for audio and cruise control system.The upcoming Fiat Agro features would include automatic air-conditioning, glove box with cooling, and the utility features of cup holders and bottle holders.

The Fiat Agro would be available in three engine options: 1.0L FireFly petrol engine delivering power of 72PS and 102Nm torque, 1.3L 4-cylinder diesel engine with power of 101PS and torque of 134Nm, and 1.8L EtorQEvo engine with 135PS and torque of 184Nm. The transmission system would be available in 5-speed manual gearbox and 6-speed automatic transmission versions with paddle shift mechanism.

The Fiat Agro specifications will have front disc and rear drum brakes as standard, and all-disc brake variant can also be expected. The ABS with EBD and brake assist would be featured in the top variants. The safety features of dual front airbags would be introduced, and the three point seat belts, engine immobilizer, parking assist system with reverse camera, and audio/video display caution would be offered in this model.
