Shangrila Motors, the authorized distributor of Citroen vehicles in Nepal, has announced the opening of bookings for its much-anticipated electric vehicle, the Citroen eC3 in Nepal. As of now, the Citroen eC3 electric car is exclusively open for bookings, with its official launch scheduled for August 2023. According to ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India), the eC3 boasts an impressive claimed range of 320 km on a full charge. When using the onboard 3.3kW charger, the battery can be fully charged from 10% to 100% in approximately 10.5 hours. Furthermore, the eC3 is compatible with DC fast chargers, which can charge the battery from 10% to 80% in just 57 minutes. The suspension responsibilities are managed by the MacPherson strut and twist beam systems with regenerative braking as a standard braking unit.
