Bajaj Auto is on the way to make its bestselling bike range a bit more appealing. In order to do so, the homegrown bike manufacturer is adding the NS badged models in the product portfolio. One among the upcoming NS badged Pulsar models is the Pulsar 180 NS that is expected to launch in Nepal sometime later next year. Upon launch, this bike will come sharing similar design language as the Pulsar NS160. Also, it will get the same engine as the Bajaj Pulsar 180.

Bajaj Auto will certainly see the good response with this bike and it is expected to help the brand to post impressive sales result. The bike will come with an aggressive and sporty stance blended with the masculinity. The naked streetfighter look gives it a very appealing feel. The bike could get sharp and sculpted looking headlamps with projector lamp and integrated LED daytime running light. A fully digital instrument cluster, muscular and sculpted looking large capacity fuel tank will be there.

The Bajaj Pulsar 180 NS will get low positioned rider seat offering comfortable riding position and great over the machine. Also, there will be a split and stepped-up pillion seat. The split grab rails and sharp LED taillight at the narrow tail section will add zing to the bike. Its exhaust will be positioned at the bottom giving the bike a lean look.

The power source for the Bajaj Pulsar 180 NS is going to be the same engine as the Bajaj Pulsar 180. This 178 cc single-cylinder, the air-cooled engine will be well capable of churning out 17 bhp of peak power at 8,500 rpm and 14 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. Transmission duty will be done by a 5-speed gearbox. So far, the bike is likely to generate similar power and torque output as the Bajaj Pulsar 180.

For braking duty, the bike will get 260 mm of front disc brake and a 230 mm of the rear disc brake. There could be an ABS as the option, which will certainly boost the appeal of the bike. This bike will throw a tough challenge to the TVS Apache RTR 180. Apart from that, it could make a dent to the Bajaj Pulsar 180’s sales figure as well.

The Bajaj Pulsar 180 NS is likely to return around 45 kmpl of mileage.The sporty and high-performance bike is expected to come with impressive performance capability. Also, Bajaj will ensure great handling quality for this model for sure.
