The motorcycle market in Nepal is abuzz with excitement as Bajaj Auto has recently announced a revised pricing for its popular offering - the Bajaj Dominar 250 BS6. HH Bajaj, the official distributor of Bajaj motorcycles in Nepal, has finally introduced a long-anticipated adjustment to the pricing of the Bajaj Dominar 250. The price of the Bajaj Dominar 250 BS6 in Nepal has been revised to NRs 5.49 Lakh, compared to its previous price of NRs 5.94 Lakhs. This significant price drop of NRs. 45,000 is attributed to a more favourable tax policy implemented for 250cc-400cc two-wheelers. The introductory price for the Bajaj Dominar 250 in Nepal begins at NRs. 5.49 lakhs for the BS6 variant, and NRs. 5.67 lakhs for the BS4 model. Interestingly, the updated BS6 version is priced lower than the previous BS4 iteration. The Dominar 250 in its EURO4 variant can be purchased for the price of NRs 5.67 lakhs.
Although there haven't been any alterations to the mechanical specifications and features of the Bajaj Dominar 250 BS6. It is powered by a single-cylinder 248.8 cc BS-VI engine that generates a maximum power of 26.60 bhp and 23.5 Nm of maximum torque at 8500 rpm and 6500 rpm respectively. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. It comes with the same unchanged fuel tank capacity that remains 13 liters. It gets the beam-type perimeter frame with 37mm front USDs and 135mm of travel while there is the 110mm travel rear monoshock. It also gets 300mm and 230mm front and rear discs respectively.
