The Bajaj Boxer 150X was launched in Russia back in 2019  for the 4-speed variant and the 5-speed variant. According to the recent reports, Bajaj Auto has no plans of launching the Boxer BM 150X in Nepal as of yet. The updated model of the commuter bike has been equipped with a variety of new features though, the mechanical specifications remain almost identical. The motorcycle now comes with an option of a 5-speed gearbox while the new model also gets a gear position indicator

In addition to these, the new Bajaj Boxer 150X has been equipped with a USB charger for charging mobile phones and other electronic devices on the go. Powering the motorcycle is the same 144.8cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine capable of churning out a maximum power of 12 HP at 7,500rpm and a peak torque of 12.3 Nm at 5,500rpm. The motorcycle has been equipped with a kick-starter in addition to an electric-start option.

The braking duties are handled by drum brakes at both ends. Designed specifically for taking the rural roads, the Boxer 150X comes with an optional 5-speed or 4-speed transmission. The motorcycle features telescopic forks at the front and twin-sided spring-in-spring (SNS) suspension at the rear.

Coming to the design, the tall front fender accompanied by a round headlight gives the motorcycle an overall rugged look while the new body graphics adds onto its appeal. The fork gaiters at the front give the Boxer 150X a much sportier look. The motorcycle features a single-piece saddle and dual-purpose tyres wrapped with alloy wheels.
