Komaki has officially launched the tri-wheel self-balancing electric scooter XGT X5 in Nepal. Unity Trading Concern, the authorized distributor of Komaki electric bikes and scooters in Nepal, has confirmed the arrival of XGT X5 in the Nepalese market. The design of this scooter is specifically aimed towards the elderly and individuals with physical challenges. The electric scooter comes with a twin rear wheel setup with dual shock absorbers and a single front wheel suspended on a telescopic fork. With its three wheels and sturdy design, it provides a stable and comfortable ride.

Komaki XGT X5 is powered by a 1200W Electric BLDC Motor that generates a max power of 1800W and a max torque of 60Nm. It is equipped with a 60V35Ah LiFePo4 Battery. It can be fully charged in 4 to 5 hours with a claiming range of 100 km per charge. It is also equipped with an app-based Battery Management System. XGT X5 all three tyres are equipped with Disc brakes with Synchronized Braking System (SBT). It is also equipped with dual shock absorbers and a single front wheel suspended on a telescopic fork. This scooter can reach a maximum speed of 45 km/h.

In terms of design, the X5 is sleek and modern, with a minimalist look that is both stylish and functional. The handlebars are adjustable, allowing riders to customize their riding position to their preference, while the LED lighting system provides visibility in low-light conditions. The scooter is also equipped with a digital display that provides riders with important information, including speed, battery life, and odometer readings. Considering the physically challenged people, it has many safety features such as an anti-theft lock, reverse mode, multiple sensors, self-diagnosis, wireless updates, and an emergency repair switch. 

The Komaki XGT X5 price in Nepal is NRs. 2.59 Lakhs. It is only available in a single variant and two colour options -  Grey and Red.
