Bajaj Auto has officially launched the new Bajaj CT125X commuter motorcycle. HH Bajaj, the authorized distributor of Bajaj bikes in Nepal, is also set to introduce its newest motorbike Bajaj CT125X in Nepal by September/October 2022. The new CT125X is a rugged-looking commuter motorcycle that is designed to appeal to consumers in semi-urban and rural markets. The CT125X is similar to the Bajaj CT110X in terms of design and features but clearly distinguishes itself from the CT110 in terms of mechanics. 

The new Bajaj CT125X is powered by a 124.4 cc, four-stroke, air-cooled, single-cylinder, single overhead cam engine that generates a maximum power of 10.75 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 11 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The bike comes with a five-speed transmission with an all-down gearshift pattern. The Bajaj CT125X is similar to Bajaj CT110 in features that include a round headlight, a small cowl with an LED strip, and a blacked-out look, with a headlight guard, crash guard, and luggage carrier at the rear. It also gets a rubber tank pad and a large grab rail for the rear pillion.

The new CT125X is offered in three color options: Green and Black, Red and Black, and Blue and Black. Once launched in Nepal, the Bajaj CT125X will compete against the likes of the Honda Shine, Hero Glamour, TVS Radeon, and Honda SP 125. The Bajaj CT125X price in Nepal is expected to be around NRs. 2.30 lakhs to NRs. 2.80 lakhs. According to the company,  the new CT125X will serve as a value-for-money offering in the Nepalese market.
