TVS Motor Company is all set to launch its new electric scooter in Nepal. TVS Motor Company, a leading Indian manufacturer of two-wheelers and three-wheelers, recently launched the Creon electric scooter in the Indian market. Jagadamb Motors, the authorized distributor of TVS scooters in Nepal, is planning to launch its newest electric scooter TVS Creon in Nepal in the coming days. The Creon is designed to be a performance-oriented electric scooter, with a host of features that make it stand out from the competition. Following the TVS iQube, the TVS Creon is set to become the second electric scooter offered by TVS in Nepal.
The all-new electric scooter TVS Creon is equipped with a 3.25 kWh lithium-ion battery, which is capable of providing a range of 80 km on a single charge. Additionally, the battery can be charged to 80% in just 60 minutes, making it convenient for riders to charge the scooter during short breaks or while at work. The Creon is equipped with three lithium-ion batteries and an electric motor that's capable of delivering 16.31 PS of peak power and a peak torque of 27 Nm. The e-scooter can bolt from 0-60 kmph in just 5.1 seconds according to the company.
The Creon also comes with a host of advanced features. The new electric scooter will feature diamond-cut alloy wheels, LED lights, a digital instrument console, connected tech, live tracking, geo-fencing, vehicle tracking, crash alert, anti-theft alert, navigation assist, last parked location, proactive vehicle diagnosis, mobile phone charging, boot light, and regenerative brakings as standard. It is also equipped with reverse gear for easy manoeuvrability in tight spaces. It is set to come with a dual-battery setup.
The Creon also boasts of an advanced suspension system, which includes a telescopic fork in the front and a monoshock in the rear. This gives the scooter a smooth and stable ride, even on rough roads. In terms of underpinnings, the Creon comes equipped with disc brakes at both ends paired with single-channel ABS. The Creon is sleek and modern, with a futuristic look that is sure to turn heads. TVS has also set up a dedicated network of charging stations across the country, called the Creon Care Network, to ensure that riders can easily find a charging station when they need one.
The scooter is available in two colour options - Metallic Red and Metallic Black. The new TVS Creon electric scooter is set to make a debut shortly in the Nepalese market and is expected to be launched somewhere in 2023. Once launched, the TVS Creon electric scooter will compete against the likes of the Ather 450X and the Ola S1 Pro. With its impressive performance, advanced features, and convenient charging options, the Creon is sure to be a hit among Nepalese riders.
