Nepal's automotive scene is about to get electrified with the arrival of the sleek and eco-friendly Wuling Bingo Electric Hatchback. Paramount Motors, the authorised distributor of Wuling electric cars in Nepal, is gearing up to launch its newest mini electric hatchback Wuling Bingo in Nepal. This new electric vehicle will be the second Wuling EV to be sold in the Nepalese market after the Wuling Air EV. The Bingo EV has gained popularity in China due to its compact size, attractive design, and effortless navigation through city streets.

The Wuling Bingo packs a punch when it comes to performance. It is powered by a 50 kW PMSM electric motor that generates a max power of 67PS and a max torque of 150Nm. It is equipped with a 31.9 kWh lithium ferro-phosphate battery. It boasts an impressive range of 333 kilometres on a single charge. Additionally, it offers quick charging capabilities, with the ability to recharge from 20% to 80% of its battery capacity in just 5.5 hours using an AC charger. Alternatively, with a DC charger, it can recharge from 30% to 80% in a swift 35-minute timeframe.

Wuling Bingo comes with a sleek and modern design featuring a classic look with dual-tone finishing. It boasts advanced features including LED Projector Headlamps, LED DRLs, LED Side Indicators with stylish diamond-shaped grilles and LED taillamps. Inside, it offers dual 10.25-inch displays for both the infotainment system and instrument console. While it supports Bluetooth connectivity with smartphones, it doesn't feature Android Auto or Apple CarPlay integration. It also features 4 speakers setup. It also boasts a luxurious interior with glossy ceramic accents and soft synthetic leather panels. 

To enhance safety, the vehicle is equipped with dual airbags positioned in the front. Additionally, it is fortified with a suite of protective features including an anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), electric stability control (ESC), and ISOFIX for added security. It also boasts electronic parking with automatic hold, complete disc braking, and convenient cruise control features. The suspension duties are handled by McPherson independent suspension and torsion beam dependent.

The Wuling Bingo Electric Hatchback boasts compact dimensions, measuring 3950mm in length, 1708mm in width, and 1580mm in height, with a wheelbase spanning 2560mm. The specific ground clearance measurement for the Bingo remains undisclosed. The kerb weight is measured at 1190 Kg. With a 310-litre boot capacity, extendable to a whopping 790 litres when the rear seats are folded, it provides ample storage space. With a top speed reaching 100 km/h, it's ready to hit the road with power.

The Wuling Bingo price in Nepal is NRs. 32.99 Lakhs. It will be available in a single variant for now. Depending on how the market reacts, Paramount Motors may introduce several variations of the Bingo to its lineup. Bingo provides three distinct riding modes: Eco, Medium, and Sports. It is poised to compete head-to-head with the Tata Tiago EV in Nepal's electric vehicle market. While details such as warranty and other relevant information remain undisclosed, however, the company has confirmed the launch of the Bingo EV in Nepal.
