According to the recent buzz, the much-anticipated Royal Enfield Bobber 650 is expected to be launched in Nepal by this year. The renderings of the motorcycle started surfacing back in 2018 where the Bobber 650 was imagined with several body panels inspired from the Interceptor 650. Exhibiting an elegant design language, the production version of the motorcycle is expected to be christened as Meteor 650.
As seen in the rendered image above, the digital artist has redesigned the front fender of the motorcycle to give a proper bobber appeal while the floating seat and an extended swingarm precisely compliments its retro yet modern styling. The rear of the Bobber 650 has been equipped with a basic round tail light while the motorcycle gets a standard tyre hugger. The upcoming motorcycle is also expected to feature a chrome-finished exhaust system like the Interceptor 650.
The Royal Enfield Bobber will be powered by the same 648cc, twin-cylinder engine that is capable of producing a maximum power of 47HP and an utmost torque of 52Nm. The engine will be mated to a 6-speed transmission. At present, Royal Enfield is selling two 650cc motorcycles: Interceptor 650 and the Continental GT 650. Here are the key specifications:
