Honda Motor Company is all set to launch its new naked motorbike CB300F in Nepal. Syakar Trading, the authorized distributor of Honda Bikes in Nepal, is set to commence the bookings for the 2022 Honda CB300F in Nepal in the coming days. The Honda CB300F is a naked motorcycle that is based on a brand-new engine and chassis platform. However, it is not based on Honda's CB300R cafe racer. Honda CB300F is offered in 2 variants - CB300F Deluxe and the top variant CB300F Deluxe Pro.
The Honda CB300F is equipped with a 293.52cc, single-cylinder BS6 engine that generates a maximum power of 24.1 bhp at 7,500 rpm and a torque of 25.6 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission and the motorcycle is also equipped with a slip and assist clutch. Braking duties are handled by a 276 mm disc at the front and 220 mm at the rear, and the new motorbike also comes with dual-channel ABS. It is equipped with a pair of golden-colored USD forks up front and has a 5-step adjustable monoshock at the rear.
The Honda CB300F comes with a full-LED lighting system and LCD multifunction instrument cluster that includes real-time/average mileage, distance-to-empty readouts, battery voltage, and gear position indicator. The motorcycle is also equipped with a Honda smartphone Bluetooth connectivity, a USB charging socket, and Honda's Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) traction control system. It gets 17-inch alloys at both ends with a much larger 14-liter fuel tank and a seat height of 789 mm.
The price of the Honda CB300F in Nepal is expected to be around NRs. 8-10 lakhs. It is available in 3 color options - Mat Axis Grey Metallic, Mat Marvel Blue Metallic, and Sports Red.
