According to the recent report, the 2021 KTM RC 390 has been spotted testing in Europe. A closer look at the test mule reveals some key changes, especially in the design and underpinnings department. It is one of the expensive bikes in its class which is set to receive some form of updates soon. The 2021 KTM RC 390 comes with strong handling which is simply spectacular, incredible performance, and thrilling power. The bike is said to be launched in the Nepalese market by the end of 2021. There are loads of interesting details which are yet to be revealed.

In terms of engine, things appear to be relatively unchanged. The RC 390 is powered by the same BS6-compliant 373.3cc fuel-injected liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine which develops a power of 42.9 bhp and a torque of 37 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission aided by a slipper clutch. With both front and rear disc brakes, KTM RC 390 comes up with an anti-locking braking system. Anchoring the bike is a single 320mm disc up front and a 230mm rear disc. The bike includes a trellis frame suspended on an upside-down fork and a mono-shock, both from WP.

The 2021 KTM 390 Duke now comes with an aggressive streetfighter styling inspired by the 1290 SuperDuke.  The bike gets new black and white paint livery orange accents where even the wheels are painted black instead of the traditional orange shade. The 2021 RC 390 comes equipped with a twin projector headlamp, LED taillight and turn signal, an all-digital instrument console that includes a clock, trip meter, odometer, and distance to empty indicator. The bike gets an informative screen with Bluetooth connectivity. The RC 390 still looks modern and sharp.

The current version of KTM RC 390 BS6 is priced at NRs. 8.29 lakhs in the Nepalese market which comes with two color options. The KTM RC 390 is available in only one version. The BS6 KTM RC 390 goes up against the likes of Apache RR 310, Honda CB300R, and the Kawasaki Ninja 300. Once launched in Nepal, the 2021 KTM RC 390 will get a slight hike in price.
