The Triumph Tiger sport will soon be unveiled in the Nepalese automobile market. It will be symbolic of supremacy, performance and touring capability whether riding all alone or with a pillion. The new generation triple cylinder 1050 cc engine provides responsive and robust performance while the suspension and chassis provide a highly dynamic and comfortable ride on the journey.
The upcoming Triumph Tiger sport is made on an aluminium beam twin-spar frame. The styling features will include an LCD multi-functional instrument cluster along with digital speedometer, 3 riding modes for varying performance, traction control with switching facility, a range to empty indication, hazard/scroll button on handlebars, and TPMS ready.
Since the Triumph Tiger Sport is getting spy tested henceforth nothing can be said about the performance and handling of the motorcycle. It is left for the launching event to reveal it. The Triumph Tiger Sport will be competing against the Ducati 950 Multistrada and Honda Africa Twin.When it comes to mileage, Triumph Tiger Sport is expected to claim 19.2 kmpl on the streets and on the highways as well.
The upcoming Triumph Tiger Sports engine will be a 3 cylinder 12 valve DOHC liquid cooled engine which is capable enough of generating 125bhp of max power at 9475rpm and a max torque of 106nm of peak torque at 7000rpm. The exhaust system is a high level brushed steel silencer with a wet and multi-plate and assist clutch. The motorcycle will be having a 6-speed manual transmission. The suspension system in the Tiger sport will host a show at 43 mm USD forks in the front with 140mm travel and show mono shock absorber at the rear with 155mm travel.
The Triumph Tiger Sport is expected to host a Twin 320 mm floating discs, Nissin 4-piston radial callipers present in the front and Single 255 mm disc, 2-piston Nissin calliper present at the rear. As far as safety is concerned, a dual channelled ABS is present to safeguard the rider against any unforeseen circumstances.
