The made-in-Nepal version brings with it a unique blend of craftsmanship and ruggedness, perfectly suited for the diverse terrains Nepal has to offer.
At the core of the Meteor's performance lies a robust engine that packs a punch. It is powered by a 350cc, air-oil cooled BS-VI engine that generates a maximum power of 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm of torque. The extended-stroke engine will be paired with a 5-speed transmission. The bike is equipped with disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels. Whether you're navigating the bustling streets of Kathmandu or conquering the winding mountain roads, the Meteor ensures a smooth and thrilling ride. The suspension responsibilities are managed by a combination of Telescopic forks and Twin Tube Emulsion Absorbers.
The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is known for its classic design and modern features. The motorcycle features a round headlamp adorned with a circular LED Daytime Running Light (DRL), elegantly curved fenders, and a tail light in a distinctive pod-shaped design. The motorcycle is equipped with an updated twin-pod instrument cluster featuring a digital display. This display provides information on the fuel gauge, clock, and odometer. Additionally, it includes practical features such as a service reminder, ECO mode indicator, and gear position indicator. The ergonomically designed seats, coupled with perfectly positioned handlebars, provide a riding experience that is nothing short of stellar.
In terms of dimensions, the Meteor features a length of 2170mm, a width of 810mm, and a height of 1120mm. It is built with a wheelbase measuring 1400mm, while the seat height is set at 765mm, and the ground clearance is a substantial 170mm. The motorcycle is equipped with a tubeless alloy wheel setup, featuring a 100/90 -19 tire at the front and a 140/70 -17 tire at the rear. All three versions of the Meteor come with a 15-litre fuel tank capacity, providing an approximate mileage of 40 kilometres per litre.
