The leading automobile manufacturer Maruti Suzuki, has officially announced the booking for its much-awaited latest creation Fronx SUV in Nepal. CG MotoCorp, the authorized distributor of Suzuki Cars in Nepal, has also announced the pricing details for the Suzuki Fronx. In addition to the Suzuki Fronx, the highly anticipated New Suzuki Jimny is also now open for bookings in Nepal. The Suzuki Fronx SUV is a fresh addition to the automobile market, built upon the reliable Suzuki Baleno platform. Nevertheless, it showcases a contemporary and sporty design concept, accompanied by a host of advanced and cutting-edge features. This dynamic and powerful vehicle promises to redefine the Nepalese automobile industry. 

Suzuki Fronx is only available in three main trims - the entry-level Sigma, mid-spec Delta and Delta Plus. All three variants are powered by a 1.2L K series dual jet dual VVT petrol engine that can generate a max power of 88 bhp @6000 rpm and a max torque of 113 Nm at 4400 rpm. This engine is mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The ARAI-certified fuel efficiency of the Fronx 1.2-litre is impressive, with the manual version achieving 21.79 kpl and the AGS version reaching 22.89 kpl. Notably, these numbers surpass the fuel efficiency figures of the Fronx 1.0-litre manual (21.50 kpl) and automatic (20.01 kpl) which will not be available in the Nepalese market. 

The Fronx SUV is equipped with an exquisite blend of cutting-edge technology and captivating design. It comes with an advanced 9.0-inch SmartPlay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system (lower variants get a 7.0-inch screen), Arkamys Surround Sense sound system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless phone charging, head-up display, 360-degree cameras, cruise control, connected car tech, a height-adjustable driver’s seat and rear AC vents, among a host of other exciting features. The Fronx SUV comes with an impressive array of ambient lighting features, which include LED daytime running lights (DRLs) and a state-of-the-art projector setup.

The Fronx comes equipped with a wide range of cutting-edge safety features. The SUV is equipped with 6 airbags, a 360-degree camera, ISOFIX seat mounts, a hill hold/descent function an electronic parking brake, all 4-wheel disc brakes, front parking sensors, ABS, electronic stability programme (ESP), ISOFIX seats and corner braking control. The Fronx SUV's suspension system relies on a combination of MacPherson Strut and Torsion Beam technology to deliver a smooth and balanced ride.
