Mahindra & Mahindra has officially launched a more powerful turbo petrol version of its popular subcompact SUV, the XUV300 in Nepal. The Mahindra XUV300 TurboSport is one of the latest additions to the Nepalese automotive industry. Agni Group, the authorized distributor of Mahindra vehicles in Nepal, launched the XUV300 TurboSport in Nepal in four different trims – W4, W6, W8 and W8(O). The SUV is priced between NRs. 42.95 lakh to NRs. 60.00 lakh. This compact SUV packs a punch with its powerful engine, stylish design, and advanced features.

The XUV300 TurboSport is the first Mahindra SUV to be powered by an all-new 1.2-litre mStallion TGDi engine. It is equipped with an 1197 cc, inline-3-cylinder turbocharged gasoline direct injection (TGDi) motor that comes with four valves and dual VVT (variable valve timing) technology that generates a maximum power of 128 bhp at 5000 rpm and a peak torque of 230 Nm at 1500-3750 rpm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard. The SUV can do a 0-60 kmph sprint just in 5 seconds. 

The XUV300 TurboSport is not just about power but it also boasts a stylish and modern design. The red accents on the grille and bumper, piano black finishes, new 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, and a dual-tone exterior option gives this SUV a sporty and aggressive look. It is also equipped with an electric sunroof with an anti-pinch function, dual-zone automatic air-con system, rain-sensing wipers, auto headlamps, premium leatherette upholstery, steering mounted controls, passive keyless entry with push button start, electrically adjustable & foldable ORVMs and a 7-inch touchscreen system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. 

The Mahindra XUV300 is equipped with a range of advanced safety features. The SUV is equipped with 6 airbags, a 360-degree camera, ISOFIX seat mounts, a hill hold/descent function an electronic parking brake, all 4-wheel disc brakes, front parking sensors, ABS, passenger airbag deactivation switch, ISOFIX seats and Corner Braking Control. The SUV comes in three colour options – Blazing Bronze, Pearl White and Napoli Black, which come in both mono-tone and dual-tone options.
