Nepal is one of the largest two-wheeler markets in the world. There have been nice surprises to look forward to this month as a few new products enter to the Nepalese market. We all know the festive season is the best time of year to buy a new bike. This is because during this period, the bike manufacturers offer a fair amount of discounts and also release new products to increase their sales. In November 2020, we saw the launch of some great motorbikes in Nepal. So, today we list for you the top motorbikes in Nepal that some was launched past month and some is yet to be launched in Nepal.


Royal Enfield Meteor 350:




Royal Enfield's single-cylinder Thumpers' latest model is finally here when the Meteor 350 burst onto the scene last month. The new Royal Enfield Meteor 350 replaces the Thunderbird 350 globally. The new Meteor 350 has been launched in three variants - Fireball, Stellar and Supernova. This motorcycle is powered by a 349 cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke SOHC engine, which produces 20.2 hp at 6100 rpm and 27 Nm of maximum torque at 4000 rpm.


KTM 250 Adventure:




The KTM 250 Adventure has been finally launched across the world but the bike is yet to be launched in Nepal. According to latest report, KTM 250 adventure in Nepal is set to be launched next year. KTM 250 Adventure is the Austrian brand’s most-affordable adventure tourer. The new KTM 250 Adventure looks identical to the 390 Adventure. The bike is available in two colors: orange and white, as well as black and orange graphics. The 250 Adventure has a kerb weight of 177 kg.


TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Updated:




The updated version of TVS Apache RTR 200 4V in Nepal was launched last month. The motorcycle now includes some key features in its class such as three driving modes (Urban, Rain, Sport) and Showa adjustable suspension. The bold design of the bike has remained the same since its inception. Although the motorbike is relatively basic in terms of features, the 199.5 cc liquid-cooled bike engine is quite dynamic. It produces 24.13 hp and 18.5 Nm, and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The closest Apache competitor in terms of displacement, body shape and price is the Bajaj Pulsar NS200.


Hero Xtreme 200S BS6:




The Xtreme 200R, one of Hero's street bike is the company's first offering in the premium 200cc segment. Hero MotoCorp has launched the BS6-compliant Xtreme 200S across the some Asian market white the bike is yet to be launched in Nepal. The bike is set to be launched in Nepal next year. The Hero Xtreme 200S delivers 17.8 horsepower and 16.45 Nm of torque from the 199.6 cc engine. The Hero Xtreme 200S single-cylinder engine has a 5-speed manual gearbox. With front and rear disc brakes, the Hero Xtreme 200S comes with an anti-lock braking system.


Suzuki V-Strom 650XT BS6:



Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT is a commuter bike available in 1 variant which was recently launched in India in BS6 version. The bike is yet to be launched in Nepal. Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT in Nepal is set to be launched by next year. Speaking of the Suzuki V-Strom 650 in particular, it is one of the highest selling 650 cc adventure touring motorcycles across the globe. The Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT twin-cylinder engine has a 6-speed manual gearbox. With front and rear disc brakes, the Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT comes with an anti-lock braking system. This 216kg bike is available in two colors.
