Bajaj Auto has officially revealed the teaser of the new Pulsar 250 in the black shade that is likely to be called the Eclipse Edition. The company captions it “The Eclipse is here to outshine the night.” This hints that Bajaj Auto is planning to launch a dark edition of its 250cc Pulsar series motorcycles in Nepal. The black shade which might be officially called the Eclipse edition is likely to be available on the Bajaj Pulsar N250 and the Pulsar F250 motorcycles. While the official name of the upcoming bajaj bike in Nepal is yet to be confirmed, it is said to be the Pulsar N250 and the F250 Eclipse Edition.

The new Black shade on the Bajaj Pulsar 250 twins will make the motorcycle look a lot more attractive and sportier than the previous color options. We do not expect any mechanical changes on the motorcycle. The bike is equipped with a 249 cc single-cylinder engine that generates 24.1 bhp of power at 8750 RPM and 21.5 Nm of torque at 6500 RPM. This engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch. The bike also gets a single disc at both ends and a single-channel ABS.

In terms of features, the new edition of motorcycles come with the same set of features such as LED projector headlamps, LED tail lamps, LED DRLs, analog tachometer, digital speedometer, digital trip meter, fuel efficiency indicator, service reminder, gear-position indicator, distance-to-empty fuel gauge, and a USB charging port as standard. It also gets features like oil cooling and Bajaj trademark Twin Spark technology. The Pulsar 250 is also likely to get an all-black theme with a dash of silver here and there.

There's no word on the launch yet but we can expect the Pulsar 250 Eclipse Edition to arrive in the Nepalese market very soon. The price of Pulsar 250 Eclipse Edition in Nepal will command a marginal premium over the current options. Once launched in Nepal, the Pulsar 250 will compete against the likes of the Suzuki Gixxer 250 and the Yamaha FZ25. At present, the Pulsar 250 line-up is offered in three colors - Caribbean Blue, Racing Red, and Techno Grey.
