Six motorcycle brands offer mouth-watering 150cc bikes for everyday use in Nepal. This means one cannot miss these exciting options for their value for money placement and performance packed engines. These can be broadly divided into three types, first of which is commuter specific 150cc bikes. The names in this segment are Bajaj V15, Pulsar 150, Honda Unicorn, TVS Apache 160, Hero Achiever and Yamaha SZ-RR. They produce less power in comparison to other options here but saves almost NRS 20,000 to NRS 40,000 in terms of price comparison.

FZ, TVS Apache RTR 160 4V and Hero Xtreme. These are easy on the pocket and claim almost comparable efficiency to commuter specific bikes when ridden with ease. They are inspired by bigger bikes and thus, design lines are their strongest selling point. The third type of 150cc bikes is limited to Yamaha R15 as Honda discontinued the CBR150R in Nepal. The YZF-R15 can be bought in three different versions and thus, offers user-specific riding style and loads of power for a price range of NRS 4.50-6.00 lakh.
