As per the most recent update, the highly awaited Kia EV6 electric crossover has arrived at the Kia dealership in Gairidhara, Kathmandu, before its scheduled official launch. Continental Associates, the authorized distributor of Kia vehicles in Nepal, has officially initiated the booking process for the highly anticipated Kia EV6. With bookings underway, the imminent launch of this groundbreaking electric vehicle is eagerly anticipated. Introduced on the global stage in March 2021, the Kia EV6 stands as the South Korean automaker's most recent addition, marking the dawn of a new era in the realm of electric vehicles.

Kia has taken a bold leap into the future with the EV6 which comes with a stunning embodiment of innovation, sustainability, and high-performance engineering. It is powered by a Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) that can generate a max power of 228PS and a max torque of 350Nm. It is equipped with a 77.4kWh  Lithium-Ion Polymer battery pack. 

One of the most impressive things about the Kia EV6 is its range. The Kia EV6 with the 77.4kWh battery can do up to 528km on a single charge. It can be fully charged in 7 hours and 20 minutes via the Kia Charger. Using a standard home outlet, the battery can be fully charged for an astonishingly long duration of 32 hours and 45 minutes. It comes in two configurations, rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. The suspension duties are handled by McPherson Strut and Multi-Link Type (with High-Performance Damper). 

The Kia EV6 is a true head-turner, boasting a sleek and futuristic design that seamlessly merges aesthetics with aerodynamics. It is equipped with a 12.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.  The Kia EV6 price in Nepal is NRs. 1,25,90,000. It comes in five different colour options including Aurora Black, Runway Red, Yatch Blue, Moonscape and Snow White Pearl.
