Honda has revealed several new products this year, most of which made their global appearance at the company's virtual motorcycle show in March this year. This included some concept vehicles as well, including the retro bike CB-F. But it looks like the Japanese brand is planning to add another retro concept vehicle to its line-up. According to media reports, the company is working on an all-new scooter which will include neo-retro design tenet. The company recently filed a patent for this scooter's concept model and the images have surfaced on the cyberspace. For now we have to wait until they release the date for upcoming scooter in Nepal.

The images show that the upcoming Honda scooter will combine retro styling with modern touches, complemented by minimalist styling. The concept model will feature a wide, curvy front apron divided by a V-shaped panel what appears to be the space for LED headlamp. The scooter will also get a long visor, hexagonal rearview mirrors, minimal side panels, and exposed engine and rear suspension.

The patent images show that the scooter will get a digital instrument panel (most likely a TFT screen) which should offer all the essential readouts like speed, odometer, trip meter, real-time fuel-efficiency, etc. Honda is reportedly working on an all-new scooter for various international markets. The scooter will be first showcased as a concept model and is likely to be powered by a 150 cc engine.

There's no official word about the engine that will propel this upcoming new Honda scooter but the word on the street is that the company could use the 150 cc engine which does duties on several Honda two-wheelers.  An interesting thing revealed by the patent images is that the company plans to use telescopic forks but mono shock on this scooter. The braking duties, however, are taken care of by front disc and rear drum brake. Stay tune with us for more auto news In Nepal.
